Never mind taking a ride on the Reading — why not enjoy lunch at the former Reading Company station in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania?

I caught up with my old friend and fellow photographer Dan Howard for lunch at the Tamaqua Station Restaurant. I’ve always had good luck here. The food is excellent, and more often than not, the Reading & Northern runs a train.

I made these photos using my Nikon Z6.

Where’s the train? Patience, patience. We heard a horn and made a swift exit to the platform . . . (stay tuned).
