Abbey Street Sunset-Revisited

On October 27, 2016, I made this sunset view of a LUAS Citadis tram on Abbey Street near the corner of O’Connell Street in Dublin using my Lumix LX7.

The original file was exposed for the sky and was relatively dark overall.

Last night, I converted the Lumix RAW file to a DNG using PureRAW 5 with DeepPRIME 3 corrections. I then imported the DNG into Lightroom to lighten the shadows, adjust color, and improve contrast.

The end result is much more pleasing and more closely resembles the scene as I saw it.
