Blue Rock Sunset

On this run following a loaded NS coal train, we had just enough time to turn off River Road in Washington Boro and pull into the lot at Blue Rock Heritage Park.

Seamus-the-dog was riding in the back seat, and he’s used to the routine: the car comes to a stop, I leap out, open the back door, fish out one of those black gizmos that I fiddle with, and then a great, loud mass of rolling metal and fumes roars by. It’s all very exciting. Seamus helps by counting the cars.

Kris made an iPhone photo of Seamus watching the train.
