Eight years ago, I photographed a ‘Supermoon’ rising over Palmer, Massachusetts using my Canon EOS-3 with 200mm lens.
It was a cosmic event, but with out a steel wheel in sight.
I was disappointed that a westward freight didn’t roll into view on CSX’s Boston & Albany route that day, but I positioned myself to photograph the moon with the old signals at CP83 anyway.
CSX has since replaced the signals.
