Lumix LX7.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Opened earlier this year. Rotterdam Centraal doesn\u2019t look like any other railway station on the outside. (Although on the inside it reminded me of the entrance hall at Warsaw Central.)<\/p>\n<p>Like much of Rotterdam\u2019s modern architecture it\u2019s hard to ignore! Photographically I found it fascinating. On another trip, I\u2019ll bring a tripod for some extended night exposures.<\/p>\n<p>Beneath the shed beyond the station building, Nederlandse Spoorwegen (loosely translated as \u2018Dutch Railways\u2019) trains connect most major destinations in the Netherlands, as well as through trains to Belgium and France, including <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thalys.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Thalys<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>high-speed services.
