The sun was getting low when I caught SEPTA\u2019s Conrail Heritage Unit inbound at Elkins Park, Pa. This vintage Silverliner IV multiple unit was wearing the Conrail \u2018can opener\u2019 and an early version of the SEPTA logo to pay tribute to the Conrail influence on SEPTA in its early years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the spirit of retro-railroading, I\u2019ve adjusted the color profile of this photo to resemble an image exposed on Kodachrome 25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
