In June 2010, I purchased my first (and only) DSLR before embarking on an epic three-week trip that included a visit to Toronto, Ontario, with fellow photographer Pat Yough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DSLR stands for digital single lens reflex. This type of camera provides an optical viewfinder using a system of mirrors to allow phographer to see through the lens as compated with a ‘Mirrorless’ camera that provides a hi-res digital display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using my new Canon EOS 7D fitted with a 200mm f\/2.8 prime lens, I made this view of TTC CLRVs (Canadian Light Rail Vehicles) plying the city\u2019s streets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
