New England Central 4067 idled under sodium lights at Palmer, Massachusetts. This was my first opportunity to capture images of this relative newcomer to Genesee & Wyoming’s New England Central operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made these photos handheld at 4000 ISO and 12,800 ISO, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The former is adequately sharp with nominal pixelization. The later is excessively pixelated, but is better than no photo at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
