Nine years ago, my Irish friends and I were exploring railway operations in Germany’s scenic Mosel Valley. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made this view from the wall in a vineyard of a DB freight heading northward (eastward) toward Koblenz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While not as busy as the Rhein Valley, there are endless perspectives on the railway in the Mosel Valley and we were certainly entertained by a continuous parade of freight and passenger trains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
