Among the dozens of rolls of slides that I retrieved from storage at a friend\u2019s house in Ireland was this one exposed of Irish Rail at Edgeworthstown, County Longford back on the 26th<\/sup>\u00a0of March 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On that day the down midday Connolly-Sligo passenger train terminated at Edgeworthstown and the passengers were transferred to a bus for the remainder of their journey west.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Locomotive 083 was hauling the train.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These were three of the photos I exposed on Fujichrome using a Contax G2 rangefinder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
