Last month my 18-135mm Fujinon zoom for my XT1 digital camera suffered a failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To replace this lens, I\u2019ve bought a secondhand 16-55mm f2.8 Fujinon X-mount zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although it has a shorter range, this is a better lens overall,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It arrived last Friday (October 23, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve been testing it over the last few days, and thus far I\u2019m very pleased with the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve found it to be very sharp throughout the range. It has excellent color and seems largely free from aberrations. It has manual aperture control and is easy to control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
