Last week I passed my 50th<\/sup> milepost, so on Saturday evening some friends and I gathered at Nancy Hands pub on Parkgate Street in Dublin.<\/p>\n

The Irish railways fraternity was well represented.<\/p>\n

I was dressed as the ghost of Isambard K. Brunel\u2014 the famously eccentric, highly regarded Victorian engineer and polymath.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
