One of my favorite times of day to photograph is dusk on a clear evening when there’s a still a rich blue glow in the sky.<\/p>\n

Two\u00a0tricks to making the most of this type of light:<\/p>\n

1) Override the camera meter and overexpose by about half a stop.<\/p>\n

2) Use a tripod or otherwise steady the camera.<\/p>\n

I braced my Lumix LX7 on railings.<\/p>\n
