Another philosophy: low ISO with long exposure. This makes for a sharper less pixilated image, but doesn’t allow for stop action. In this case I used my Lumix LX3 on a miniature Gitzo tripod positioned on the railing of Roosevelt Road. Exposure: f3.5 at 3.2 seconds, ISO 80.
